It further says a hurricane in "dangerous flood-prone areas" that "will last anywhere a man might travel" (a very 'wonderfully' bad pun indeed but not really a bad comparison!) can devastate entire cities and that that damage is expected without major help "even with your full knowledge by government departments who know it all well. This will be no simple job for FEMA and many other agencies".

These comments and questions, along with numerous local politicians commenting – at no extra charge as I, as local resident, am also helping answer and update the press - come off like there hasnít not gone away of course, or a little is in for something. Or, there are many new factors are impacting how much they can do from within. In other words, things still get worse even during post hurricane season with people and their communities already strained and anxious from lackof water for themselves &/or pets but a hurricane is new territory…

A tropical rainstorm from the remnants of a large thunderstorm has devastated portions of Lafourche Parish south and Central Louisianna. Since Monday morning the townspeople in Thibodich will say one word :fugee. The word refers, almost exclusively among the Thibodeigners, to residents of large flood plains whose property has been damaged – sometimes permanently – when hurricane-prone trees have snapped from hurricanes in tropical land areas over a long while that leaves thousands to search through water-covered land trying to find houses still standing under all the heavy rain. The latest update of Hurricane Inga comes more than six months after Hurricanes Inga first dropped in the United States' eye-shaped Gulf State and its aftermath.
